A collaborative choreographic experiment for eight dancers and two musicians who come together to make a performance that asks questions about the politics and possibility of being together.
Investigating modes of togetherness through the examination and rethinking of the unison gesture, this group looks for ways to move together without abandoning individuality. At the same time, their work gently unearths the dancers’ past performance memories. These traces of past works become a launching point for the group’s future shared imagination.
